Animal Kingdom

A high quality powerful psychological crime drama, ANIMAL KINGDOM is a story about the battle between Melbourne’s underworld and the police.

Starring Ben Mendelsohn, Joel Edgerton, Guy Pearce, Luke Ford, Jacki Weaver, Sullivan Stapleton and James Frecheville, the film tracks seventeen-year-old Joshua "J" Cody (newcomer James Frecheville), a troubled kid perilously caught between his own criminal family and Detective Leckie (Guy Pearce) a compromised cop who thinks that he can save him. J comes to realize that in order to survive he must write his own rule book, he must determine how the game is played, he must somehow choose his place in the cunning and brutal animal kingdom.

Warren Miller's Dynasty

Repo Men

Repo Men (formerly known as Repossession Mambo) is a science fiction action thriller directed by Miguel Sapochnik, and starring Jude Law and Forest Whitaker.

In the futuristic action—thriller Repo Men, humans have extended and improved our lives through highly sophisticated and expensive mechanical organs created by a company called The Union. The dark side of these medical breakthroughs is that if you don’t pay your bill, The Union sends its highly skilled repo men to take back its property…with no concern for your comfort or survival. Jude Law plays Remy, one of the best organ repo men in the business. When he suffers a cardiac failure on the job, he awakens to find himself fitted with the company’s top—of—the—line heart—replacement…as well as a hefty debt. But a side effect of the procedure is that his heart’s no longer in the job. When he can’t make the payments, The Union sends its toughest enforcer, Remy’s former partner Jake (Academy Award® winner Forest Whitaker), to track him down. Now that the hunter has become the hunted, Remy joins Beth (Alice Braga), another debtor who teaches him how to vanish from the system. And as he and Jake embark on a chase across a landscape populated by maniacal friends and foes, one man will become a reluctant champion for thousands on the run.

Knight and Day

Knight and Day, (formerly titled Wichita) is an upcoming action comedy film starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz. It will be released in the USA on June 25th, 2010. The Australian release date is July 15th.

During their glamorous and sometimes deadly adventure, nothing and no one – even the now fugitive couple – are what they seem. Amid shifting alliances and unexpected betrayals, they race across the globe, with their survival ultimately hinging on the battle of truth vs. trust.

Jonah Hex

Directed by Jimmy Hayward and starring Josh Brolin, John Malkovich, Michael Fassbender and Megan Fox, Jonah Hex is a superhero Western film based on the DC Comics character of the same name.

Jonah Hex (Josh Brolin) is a scarred drifter and bounty hunter of last resort, a tough and stoic gunslinger who can track down anyone... and anything. Having survived death, Jonah's violent history is steeped in myth and legend, and has left him with one foot in the natural world and one on the "other side." His only human connection is with Leila (Megan Fox), whose life in a brothel has left her with scars of her own. But Jonah's past is about to catch up with him when the U.S. military makes him an offer he can't refuse: in exchange for his freedom from the warrants on his head, he must track down and stop the dangerous terrorist Quentin Turnbull (John Malkovich). But Turnbull, who is gathering an army and preparing to unleash Hell, is also Jonah's oldest enemy and will stop at nothing until Jonah is dead.

Jonah Hex will be released in the USA on June 18th, 2010. The Australian release date is August 5th. You can see the trailer below:

StreetDance 3D

StreetDance 3D is an upcoming British dance film set to be released on May 21, 2010 in the UK and May 27th in Australia. The film will be released in IMAX 3D with Max Giwa and Dania Pasquini directing it. George Sampson will also make his debut appearance to the big screen as well as Britain's Got Talent stars Diversity and Flawless. The soundtrack to the film was written and performed by urban acts, N-Dubz, Tinie Tempah, Chipmunk, and Cheryl Cole. It is a production of Vertigo Films in association with BBC Films and the UK Film Council

Megamind

Tron: Legacy

Tron: Legacy is the sequel to the 1982 Academy Award-nominated film Tron. Joseph Kosinski makes his feature film directorial debut with Tron: Legacy, while the previous film director, Steven Lisberger, returns as a producer. Jeff Bridges reprises his role as Kevin Flynn, and Bruce Boxleitner his roles as Alan Bradley and Tron, while Garrett Hedlund portrays Flynn's now-adult son, Sam. The other cast members include Olivia Wilde, Beau Garrett, Michael Sheen and John Hurt.
