Chalet Girl is a 2011 British romantic comedy film directed by Phil Traill. The film stars Felicity Jones, Bill Bailey, Sophia Bush, Ed Westwick, Brooke Shields and Bill Nighy. The film was produced by Pippa Cross, Harriet Rees, Dietmar Guentsche and Wolfgang Behr, and written by Tom Williams. It was filmed on location in Sankt Anton am Arlberg, Austria and in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. Critical reaction to the film was mixed, but overall praised Felicity Jones in the leading role.



Ex-skateboader Kim working in a burger bar finds a new job opportunity at an exclusive chalet in the Alps. Initially, she doesn't understand the posh world. Then she finds an old snowboard and teaches herself the skills to ride the board, which leads her to a chance to win money in a snowboarding competition. In order to win, she will need to overcome her fears. Complicating it even more, she also catches the eye of Jonny, her boss.


Chalet Girl will be released in Australia on September 1st, 2011.

Final Destination 5 is an upcoming 2011 3D supernatural horror-thriller film written by Eric Heisserer and directed by Steven Quale. Final Destination 5 is the fifth installment to the Final Destination film franchise, which will star Nicholas D'Agosto, Emma Bell, Miles Fisher, Arlen Escarpeta, David Koechner, and Tony Todd. Todd is the only returning cast member of the series.


Final Destination 5 will be released in Australia on September 1st, 2011.

It will be released in Australia today.

Beginners is a comedy-drama film written and directed by Mike Mills. It tells the story of Oliver (Ewan McGregor), a man trying to deal with two stunning revelations from his 75 year-old father Hal (Christopher Plummer): that he is gay and gravely ill.
The film is based on the true-life coming out of Mills' father at the age of 75, five years before his death.

Beginners will be released in Australia on August 25th, 2011.

The Help

The Help is an film adaptation of Kathryn Stockett's 2009 novel of the same name. The film is Tate Taylor's directorial debut, and will star Emma Stone, Mike Vogel, Bryce Dallas Howard, Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer, and Allison Janney.

These three stories intertwine to explain how life in Jackson, Mississippi revolves around "the help"; yet despite the intimate quarters in which whites and blacks live, there is always a certain distance between them because of racial lines

Puss in Boots

Puss In Boots is a 3D computer-animated adventure film being produced by DreamWorks Animation, directed by Chris Miller (who directed Shrek the Third in 2007), executive produced by Guillermo del Toro, starring Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek, and written by Tom Wheeler. It is set to be released in theaters November 4, 2011 in Real D 3D and IMAX 3D. The Australian release date is September 15th.
