Crank is a 2006 action/thriller film, written and directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor and starring Jason Statham. It was released on September 1st in the US and was rated 'R' for strong violence, pervasive language, sexuality, nudity, and drug use. If that doesn't make you go and see it, nothing will.
The premise for the film is Hit Man Chev Chelios (Statham), learns that a poison has been injected into his body and will most likely kill him within the hour. However, he discovers that adrenalin slows the poison, and he can keep going as long as he maintains his heart rate above a certain point. Now he must exact his revenge on the people who injected him before he takes his last breath.
