Bajirao Singham (Ajay Devgn) is a police sub- inspector who hails from a small town of Shivgad in Maharashtra. He fights against corruption with the valor of lion.

When Kavya (Kaajal Aggarwal) comes to Shivgad, from Goa to visit her grandparents on a vacation she is charmed by Bajirao's bold and courageous demeanor.

Everything goes well for Singham until there is a clash with a goon that eventually escalates into a full blown fight. Singham eventually gets promoted & is transferred to Goa which also happens to be the operational hub of the goon.

While this move brings Singham closer to Kavya, it also brings him in the clutches of the very same goon who is on a mission to destroy him.
How Singham rises to the challenge to expose this crook and put an end to his malicious activities forms the rest of the story.

Incendies

Incendies is a 2010 Canadian film from Quebec written and directed by Denis Villeneuve.

When notary Lebel sits down with Jeanne and Simon Marwan to read them their mother Nawal's will, the twins are stunned to receive a pair of envelopes - one for the father they thought was dead and another for a brother they didn't know existed.

In this enigmatic inheritance, Jeanne sees the key to Nawal's retreat into unexpected silence during the final weeks of her life. She immediately decides to go to the Middle East to dig into a family history of which she knows next to nothing.

Simon is unmoved by the posthumous mind games of a mother who always distant and cold. However, the love he has for his sister is strong, and he soon joins her in combing their ancestral homeland in search of a Nawal who is very different from the mother they knew.

With Lebel's help, the twins piece together the story of the woman who brought them into the world, discovering a tragic fate forever marked by war and hatred as well as the courage of an exceptional woman.

Incendies is a masterful cinematic achievement. A powerful and gripping film, Incendies has received a Best Foreign Language Film nomination at the 2011 Oscars.

Incendies will be released in Australia on April 21st, 2011.

The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest

The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest is a Swedish thriller film directed by Daniel Alfredson. It is based on the bestselling novel of the same name by the late Swedish author and journalist Stieg Larsson, the third and final entry in his Millennium Trilogy after The Girl Who Played with Fire and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Lisbeth Salander is hospitalized after the meeting with her father, and later put on trial. Mikael Blomkvist takes on the task of proving she is innocent as he continues to uncover the reasons why Lisbeth has been treated so harshly by the Swedish authorities.

I Am Love

I Am Love (Italian: Io sono l'amore) is an Italian film by Luca Guadagnino set at the turn of the millennium in Milan. The film follows the fall of the haute bourgeoisie due to the forces of passion and unconditional love. The cast is led by Tilda Swinton as the main character Emma Recchi.

I AM LOVE tells the story of the wealthy Recchi family, whose lives are undergoing sweeping changes. Eduardo Sr., the family patriarch, has decided to name a successor to the reigns of his massive industrial company, surprising everyone by splitting power between his son Tancredi, and grandson Edo. But Edo dreams of opening a restaurant with his friend Antonio, a handsome and talented chef.

At the heart of the family is Tancredi's wife Emma (Tilda Swinton), a Russian immigrant who has adopted the culture of Milan. An adoring and attentive mother, her existence is shocked to the core when she falls quickly and deeply in love with Edo's friend and partner Antonio, and embarks on a passionate love affair that will change her family forever.

The Founding of a Republic

Jian guo da ye (english title: The Founding of a Republic or Founding of A Nation) is a mandarin film with english subtitles starring many well known actors including Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Stephen Chow, Zhang ZhiYi, John Woo, Andy Lau, Donnie Yen and Leon Lai.

Following the end of the Chinese Civil War in 1949, the Communist Party started to rule in the mainland and Kuomingtang was forced to retreat to the island of Taiwan. The new power, along with other parties then, came together to organize the very first Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and discussed to establish the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

Red Cliff

The Battle of Red Cliffs, otherwise known as the Battle of Chibi, was a decisive battle in Chinese history. It took place during the winter of 208 AD at the end of Han Dynasty, immediately prior to the period of the Three Kingdoms in China. It was fought between the allied forces of the southern warlords Liu Bei and Sun Quan, who were outnumbered by the forces of the northern warlord Cao Cao who was trying to take the land south of the Yangtze river. Liu Bei and Sun Quan's alliance proved victorious and this victory at Red Cliffs gave them control of the Yangtze and provided a line of defence that was the basis for the later creation of the two southern kingdoms of Shu Han and Eastern Wu
