One Day is a film directed by Lone Scherfig. It was adapted by David Nicholls from the 2009 novel of the same name. It stars Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess.
After spending the night together on the night of their college graduation Dexter and Em are revisited each year on the same date to see where they are in their lives. They are sometimes together, sometimes not, on that day.
One Day will be released in the USA on August 11th, 2011.
The Australian release date is September 1st.
