Rush Hour 3 is the third instalment in the comedy/action-adventure Rush Hour franchise starring Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker, that began with Rush Hour (1998) and continued with Rush Hour 2 (2001). The film is set in Paris, New York City, and Los Angeles. Rush Hour 3 has a target release date of August 10, 2007 in America and September 27 in Australia. In one scene, basketball player Sun Ming Ming, the second tallest Chinese person and seventh tallest person in the world, fights Chris Tucker. This is a reference to Bruce Lee's film Game of Death in which he fights Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Oscar winning film director Roman Polanski will co-star in the film as a French police official involved in Lee and Carter's case. Tzi Ma will reprise his role as Consul Han, Lee's boss and friend who appeared in the first instalment.
