Who is watching the watchmen?

Watchmen is the 2009 film adaptation from the comic book series of the same name.
Set in 1985, the movie is set in an alternative universe where superheroes are a way of life, the US and Soviet Union are about to break into war, and Richard Nixon is still president.

The story follows the vigilante Rorschach who, after one of his colleagues is murdered uncovers a plot to kill or discredit all superheroes. He re-unites his former legion of rag-tag crime fighters and uncovers a conspiracy larger than he could ever have imagined.
Watchmen will be released in the USA on March 6th. The Australian release date in March 5th.
