Youth Without Youth


Youth Without Youth is Francis Ford Coppola's first film in ten years. It is based on the Novella of the same name which Coppola loves very much. He has said it is very personal and not a standard Hollywood film.
Set in the pre WWII years and starring Tim Roth, the story centres on a professor who is involved in a freak accident that changes his body and sees him pursued for scientific and political reasons. He becomes a fugitive and is chased in far flung locations all over the world.

Categorised as a Drama/ Romance/ Thriller, the film has received mostly warm reviews from critics, some even citing it as a masterpiece.

Youth Without Youth will be released in Australia on November 20th. View the theatrical trailer below:
